The Main Event

Food
I wasn't able to secure food trucks due to high minimum attendance fees, so I will be providing pizza for everyone! This will be added to the expense report as well.
Drinks
This is a Bring Your Own Drinks (NO ALCOHOL) event.
After-Hours Bar Event
The after-hours event will be at Dave's Firehouse in Nampa.

We will have a reserved area and drink specials. This is just a casual night to chat and see what everyone is up to these days.
Donations & Transparency
This event is 100% donation-only. I know from the survey that everyone's financial situation is different, and life can get expensive. Donations of any size will be happily accepted. To keep everything completely transparent, I'll send out a full financial report afterward showing the total costs and donations received.

The Venue: A Remodeled NHS
We are officially booking the Nampa High Cafeteria as our primary reunion location.
- Updated Look: The space has been recently remodeled with modern furniture and a casual, updated vibe—no more lunch tables.
- The Perks: It is budget-friendly (~$600 rental), centrally located, and most importantly, has full A/C to keep the kids (and us) cool in the summer heat.
