📜 June Update: Location & Date Set
Thank you to everyone who filled out the last survey! We have major updates as we finalize our 10-year milestone.
📍 The Main Event
- Where: Nampa High Cafeteria
- When: Saturday, July 25th, 2026
- Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Vibe: Casual, family-friendly, and a great chance to catch up.
🍻 After-Hours Event
The fun does not stop at the school! We are partnering with a local bar that is offering us a dedicated space and drink specials for the night.
Note: Please let us know in the RSVP if you plan on attending the after-hours spot so we can give the venue an accurate headcount.

💰 A Quick Note on Costs & Transparency
Renting a public facility requires standard rental fees. To keep this cheap, we are working directly with the school district to secure the non-profit rate ($50/hr instead of $80/hr).
- Estimated price: Around $10–$20 per adult (kids are completely free!).
- The more people who show up, the cheaper it gets for everyone.
- 100% Non-Profit: A full transparency report of every dollar received and spent will be shared. Any leftover funds will go right back into the event/class.

While we are still ironing out the final food catering and payment methods, we need an accurate headcount right now to lock everything in. Payment details will be sent directly to those who reserve a spot.

🏫 The Venue: A Remodeled NHS
We are officially booking the Nampa High Cafeteria as our primary reunion location.
- Updated Look: The space has been recently remodeled with modern furniture and a casual, updated vibe—no more lunch tables.
- The Perks: It is budget-friendly (~$600 rental), centrally located, and most importantly, has full A/C to keep the kids (and us) cool in the summer heat.
🍕 The "Family & After-Hours" Strategy
We are still deciding between food trucks, catering, or a casual pizza run for the main event. Let us know your preference in the RSVP.
- The Main Event: A family-friendly afternoon at NHS.
- The Nightcap: An evening 21+ social gathering at a local bar for those who want to gather more and leave the kids at home (with grandparents).
